The units were successfully sold through your good effort and at a price to the satisfaction of the owners.
You had advised us to strata title the block of 3 flats before sale to individual buyers. You have spent a lot of time an effort in coordinating various parties concerned including the surveyor, engineer, body corporate manager, lawyer and other contractors.
The market was relatively smaller if we were to try selling the block of flats as is. You had opened up the market by advising us to strata title it into 3 units, each with its own title.
