Danson was amazing. His portfolio of comparable properties, which to allow us to set the price, was the most comprehensive I have ever seen. And then, when we delayed the sale, he kept the property in the back of his mind, until he was able to match it to a buyer, at a better than expected price, before it was even officially on the market.
