Danson sought a property to suit our specific requirements, bearing in mind a particular time frame, cost and situation, and then marketed our property to fit in with that time frame.   All potential clients were treated with the utmost courtesy, with understanding and assistance and advice readily available to all.   

We were particularly impressed with Danson’s ability to research and give a comprehensive and accurate market appraisal, making the achievement of a sale at close to his realistic assessment, a pleasing outcome.  He does not use the ploy of advocating a high price initially, in order to obtain the listing, only to need to lower the price later, in order to meet the market, losing possible purchasers and valuable time in the process.
