We are still in the first phase of the development. Therefore, I am writing this as an interim testimonial.

We initially approached to Danson with the idea of building a new house.  Danson found a potential land which will be suitable for my situation.  He professionally drafted a proposal which detailed all the estimated cost and the expected future market value.

After we purchased the land, Danson followed up closely to deal with all the issues related to the land.  We had successfully resolved all of them and moved on to the initial planning phase of building the house.  Thanks to his experiences in dealing with the builder.

During the planning phase, Danson participated with all the important meetings and guided us through the process.  Not only did this make all the processes running smoothly, but also made sure all the decisions we made were correct and reasonable.

Outside the meetings, Danson followed up things promptly.  He made sure there was no delay in between the communication which I felt very outstanding.
