We recently completed a boutique terrace house project in Morningside.  Danson brought a buyer to the table early on in the process, before construction had even commenced and well before any marketing had been contemplated or planned.  Due to Danson's ability and knowledge with residential projects, the buyer ended up purchasing the whole project off the plan.  Quite a rare feat.  

Danson then managed the buyer through the construction process, all the way to settlement.  We were impressed with his grasp of the building detail and design, and his management of the buyer throughout the process.  We have no hesitation in recommending his services.
