He continues to do so even at this stage.  However the attractive expected rental yield projected to us was not realized when the properties were ready to be leased.  We understand this is something beyond Danson’s control due to market demand and fluctuations.
Overall, we are very satisfied with his service and assistance throughout the entire process.  On the whole, it was a pleasant and smooth experience.
