My wife and I have
been looking out for a suitable property to purchase as a rental investment,
and we attended a number of open homes.
It would be fair to say that the majority of agents we met appeared
somewhat disinterested in following up after our visit, and we were left
somewhat disappointed.
Danson Kwok was
certainly a standout exception to the norm.

what we required and he sought to keep us posted on any properties he felt were
potentially suitable.
The fact we found and
